• Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply.
• Candidates should have passed HSC or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Botany & Zoology.
• The vocational stream is not eligible for admission.
• Should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the admission year.

• Candidates should have passed the B.P.T degree programme from a recognized university.

• Candidates can get admitted through Government or management quota as per the rules framed by the Tamilnadu state government.

Admission for B.P.T & M.P.T Program will take place as per the directions given by The TamilNadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai.

The following certificates/documents have to be submitted along with duly filled Application form (Originals + 4 Photostat copies):

• Candidates passed Higher Secondary from Tamil Nadu State Board
• Transfer Certificate from the Institution last studied.
• HSC or equivalent mark statement
• Community Certificate (except OC candidates)
• Copy of Aadhar Card
• Passport Size Photographs (5 Nos.)

The following certificates/documents have to be submitted along with duly filled Application form (Originals + 4 Photostat Copies):

• Transfer Certificate from the Institution last studied.
• B.P.T Provisional/Degree Certificate.
• B.P.T Mark Statements.
• Internship Certificate for B.P.T Course
• CRRI Certificate.
• Community Certificate (except the candidate belongs to Forward Community)
• Passport Size Photographs (5 Nos.)
• Copy of Aadhaar Card
